If your Aerisway swing isn't the right fit for your family, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition of returned items
Items should be returned in their original condition with all included hardware. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your swing arrives damaged or defective, let us know right away and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
